DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing puts a full-colour design onto a special film that you then heat-press onto fabric. Unlike vinyl, there's no weeding and no colour limits — gradients, photos and fine detail all press cleanly, and the result stays soft and stretchy.
How it works
Your artwork is printed onto film, coated with a hot-melt adhesive powder, then cured. When you press it onto a garment, the adhesive bonds the ink to the fabric. Peel the film and you're left with a durable, flexible print.
What can you press onto?
Cotton, polyester and blends all work well — tees, hoodies, totes and caps. For mugs and bottles, UV DTF is the no-heat alternative.
