Custom & personalised items: Because DTF transfers and custom-printed items are made to your specification, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items: If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a reprint, replacement or refund as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Application: DTF results depend on correct pressing (temperature, pressure, time, peel). We can't refund transfers that failed due to incorrect application — see our care and application guides.
Blanks & equipment: Unused, unopened stock items may be returned within 14 days in original condition; return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
